Full-time employees with one year of service are offered paid maternity leave to care for their newborn, adopted, or foster child. We encourage employees to take the time needed to bond and care for their families.

We provide support for fertility treatment, egg freezing, pregnancy, postpartum, early pediatrics, and returning to work. We also offers $15,000 lifetime reimbursement for full-time employees going through IVF/IUI. When traveling for work we offer free breast milk shipping.
